    BRAIDED RAG RUGS

Sometimes I get lucky, and today was one of those times. I went down to the rummage sale they were having at the Restoration Lutheran Church and found two old braided rag rugs. I have a picture but I have yet to upload it. I also found a hardback copy of Eragon and we are going to donate it to the North Side School Library; we found four original little Coke glasses and a scythe. Okay, the last item may seem a little odd but I think we may mount it on one of the outbuildings at my mother's.

Her mother nearly lost a leg when she came up behind her father who was cutting grass in the late 1880's with a scythe. She was hit on the front of the shin bone and had to lay for weeks on the sofa with her leg elevated.
