GETTING THE BOOT
Today we went to Orthopaedics NorthEast and Robert exchanged his red cast for a boot. It is black and big and I'll put a picture up. He had to sign a paper acknowledging that he would pay for the boot if the insurance wouldn't cover it. Four or five times a day, he has to take the boot off and flex his foot for about five minutes at a time.He is still pretty much immobile . . . and the bell rings on.
