    HIATUS

    As evident from the dates, I have just returned from a blogging hiatus during which I agonized ove the future of this blog and met with the board of directors regarding the direction it should take. We ate peanut butter sandwiches and explored many options; we drank some Diet Coke and ruminated; we fueled our brains with birthday cake - the sugar being consumed for its medicinal value.

    We realized that this blog lacks a "mission" and we have no mission statement; we are not striving for any better good.

    Oh, well.
