    AMERICAN MADE AUTOMOBILES

Hey, guess what? The UAW is doing the strike thing again, and apparently, a tentative contract has been reached with GM. They are moving on to Ford and Crysler. Well, isn't that special? Do you have any idea how many American-made cars are on Consumer Reports' best used car value list? Out of approximately 60 vehicles, three are from the US: Buick Regal, Pontiac Vibe and Chevrolet Prizm. As for most of the others, can you say Japan. Yes, the fellows who we are watching on Ken Burns' "The War" series in the role of enemy and Bataan Death March organizers make better cars. This is embarrassing.
