JOHN BOEHNER AND I
Yes, I have met the new GOP leader in the House. When we lived in West Chester, Ohio, his hometown suburb, we were invited to a get-together for this fellow who wanted to run for Congress. After a period of time where people mingled and chatted, we sat down in the living room and Mr. Boehner answered questions.So I asked one, and he said, "That's a good question." Ah, human nature, even though I knew that is something people say to make the questioner feel good, it worked. I cannot for the life of me remember what the question was I asked . . . but I remember it was a "good" one.
