    SO WHAT IS UP WITH NEW ORLEANS?

    Although vast swaths of this hurricane-battered city are still without electricity and basic services, residential real estate sales are at a fever pitch, a shining spot in an otherwise struggling economy.


    Last fall we watched New Orleans inundated and people are paying big bucks to move back in?? Does this make sense in terms of geography weather trends? More tax dollars to New Orleans to do this all over again? Not a good idea, in my opinion. The complete article is HERE.
