Noble County Fair in Kendallville
Alison, Summer and I walked over to the fair this afternoon at about three when the temperature was about 90 ˚. We had a $1 soft serve from the 4-H; Summer and I had lemon and Alison, vanilla. They counted 10 rides in the infield and we saw no game booths. Yea. The guy with the long snake was not there, either.Pizza Hut is NOT selling it's 32 oz. drinks in the easy-to-carry buckets with lids.
I thought it was more like an old-fashioned fair now that the rides are tucked away and don't start until 4pm. Our last stop was Floral Hall where it was sweltering; they needed a couple of big fans to get the air moving inside. Pictures of the displays, including the quilts will soon be posted in the galleries above.
