BIRTHDAY

Today is my older son's birthday. Two days ago was our Austrailan Shepherd Sydney's birthday. We didn't get a cake for Sydney - but we have one coming for Robert. Alison ordered it at Scott's and we are going to pick it up today when Summer gets home from school. I'll probably post a picture - assuming we don't drop it getting it in and out of the car.

For lunch we took him to Pizza Forum and I did indeed take pictures of the pizzas we ordered and of my glass of Pepsi, Diet Pepsi and Mountain Dew - not that you can tell it is a mixture, but the glass looked nice against the background of the red and white squared tablecloth.

Pizza Forum accepts cash or checks with proper ID. This is good to know in a day when we are so accustomed to whipping out the old debit card.

Oh, yeah, I have to get ground beef for the dog's special diet at the store. He has had a couple of bouts of pancreatitis so we have to be careful about what he eats. Our other dog, a cocker named Little Ann, has a cast iron stomach, but she is getting up in years and not exercising excess poundage off . . . so she's on the lean burger diet also.

Hmmmmm. Little Ann says I qualify for a lean diet too.
