    WILDFLOWER GARDEN AT PARKVIEW NOBLE

I had to run some errands out at Parkview Noble and, as I went about my business, I slipped down to the vending area. There, outside the dining hall - and beside a patio eating/sitting/relaxing area - was a lovely wildflower meadow. It literally slopes up a hill and is psychological uplifting.

    WOOD-STACKING

See that woodpile in the picture below? Well, we racked up another one today - "we" being my granddaughter Summer and me. It probably took us about two hours and every now and then Summer ran back in to check the score during the Cincinnati Bengals and Tennessee Titans football game. She was born in Cincinnati and was rooting for them. They won.

I get my wood from David Reidenbach out at Brimfield; my mother has been getting wood from him for several years now. She has a small stove in the kitchen that takes short chunks of wood and he cuts a load geared to fit. I've got the regular fireplace size and already we have had a few cozy morning fires.
